With an M. M. coming in less than a month, Ian Guthrie is preparing for his business to include more and more composing, with three current commissions – two new song cycles and a new work for the ensemble Trio Con Brio based in Fort Worth, TX.
However, all that being said, Guthrie needs support from you, and will soon establish a Kickstarter and other fundraisers to help him to undertake these commissions.
On another note, score samples will be coming over the next few months to the “works” page; so if you ever wondered how Guthrie’s scores compare with the music, you can now get a sample. Scores will also be for sale.
